My stay at the Pines Lodge was quite an experience, featuring beautiful mountain views and a spacious room with two comfortable queen beds. However, the service during breakfast left much to be desired, as we faced long waits and unresponsive staff. The location was perfect for skiing, making access to the slopes very convenient. Overall, it's a lovely lodge with potential, but some inconsistencies in service could be improved.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, as the location was very convenient for skiing and offered stunning views from the room. The experience was marred slightly by inconsistent service and a dining experience that left much to be desired, especially with breakfast. Overall, it's a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes, but improvements in service and dining are needed.

My stay had its ups and downs. The breathtaking views from the room were a highlight, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. While the location was convenient for skiing, the check-in experience was rather unpleasant. Additionally, the dining options did not live up to the hype, especially at breakfast. The hotel's overall appearance also felt dated and in need of some attention.

Rooms

The room was on the smaller side for three people but had a magnificent view. The toilet seat needed replacement, indicating it wasn't quite up to the standard I'd hope for at this price point.

Dining

Dining at The Grouse was disappointing; the breakfast took far too long to be served despite a less-than-full dining area, causing us to miss out on our skiing plans for the day.
Facilities

The hotel featured decent facilities but seemed in dire need of a deep cleaning and some modernization to match its rates.

The hotel offers stunning mountain views and has a beautiful setting, but my experience was marred by lackluster service and dining cumbersome at times. While the amenities are pretty standard for a resort, some aspects like the cleanliness of common areas and the dining service need improvement. Overall, the stay was a mix of ups and downs, leading to a feeling that the value didn't fully match the price.

Rooms

Room 204 had a gorgeous view but felt small for three people, and the toilet seat was loose, which detracted from comfort.

I had an amazing time at the Pines Lodge! The scenic views were simply breathtaking, and the ski-in/ski-out access made my trips to the slopes so convenient. My room was luxurious and spacious, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of skiing. However, the hot tub was a bit too hot for my taste, and the lobby could use a cozier feel for relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would absolutely recommend!
